Warranty


i3-Technologies believes that our Customers should receive the best experience with all our products. In the cases where this does not happen, we want to ensure that our Customers have minimum interruption.

 

Process for i3-Technologies products

During the warranty period, i3-Technologies will at its discretion, replace (using new or refurbished products) or repair the faulty product at its own cost. If the product is being replaced, the faulty unit should be returned to an i3-Technologies allocated facility within 30 days of the replacement unit being delivered, otherwise it may be invoiced.

i3-Technologies will not pay for shipping, insurance, or transportation costs to our allocated facilities or pay import fees, taxes or duties.

Process for Lamp Replacement

The Customer supplies pictures of the projector filters, serial number and lamp hours directly to the i3-Technologies via email. Please click here for regional email addresses.

Once i3-Technologies has approved the proof, the Customer sends the faulty lamp to their Reseller (or place of purchase), who will supply a replacement lamp, and return the faulty lamp to i3-Technologies. Please note that Customers are advised to always keep a spare lamp in stock.
 

Process for Computers

The Customer sends the faulty unit to their Reseller who will send the unit directly to i3-Technologies for repair.

Resellers may independently offer additional services to accompany the i3-Technologies Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty in your local market.

Schools and colleges receive free warranty extensions upon registering their products within 30 days of delivery. Please click here for details.

Warranty Extension for Schools

You can register your product for an extended warranty if you are an educational insitution. If you are a corporate institution, please contact your reseller.

Please note that the warranty extension must be registered within 30 days after delivery of the i3 product.
